Points to Note
- There are a few lower-than-modern standard doorways. Overall the head height is very good, but caution is required.
- We may on occasion need to access the garage for garden machinery, but every effort would be made not to inconvenience you at all.
- Access will be needed to secure the tennis court or for maintenance.
- Access may occasionally be required for garden maintenance.
- Driveway access is not suitable for long wheelbase vehicles or vehicles with trailers.
- Access to the garage is not given to guests.
- There is a pond which is screened with dog fencing but children and dogs should not be left unattended.
- Children's equipment such as highchairs, stair gates and cots are not provided. You are welcome to bring your own.
- Please note that the AGA is not functional but is a decorative feature.
- Please note that we are in a farming area.
- The landing and bedrooms 1 and 4 have low windows which are fitted with lockable safety restrictors.
