Welcome to May Meadow Cottage.
May Meadow Cottage is situated behind gates along it's own driveway in a tranquil, idyllic location surrounded by private gardens, an LTA Standard Tennis court and a spacious outdoor dining area. It is a perfect holiday destination for family holidays, family gatherings and long weekend getaways with friends.
Located in the beautiful North Devon countryside, not far from the A377, Barnstaple to Exeter road. This location allows fantastic access to the North Devon Coast, Dartmoor, Exmoor as well as being just 45 minutes from Exeter by car. The Cottage is just over a mile from the pretty village of Chulmleigh and just over 15 minutes drive from the market town of South Molton. Barnstaple is 30 minutes away. There are walks right from the Cottage entrance up onto the ridge where you see fabulous views of Dartmoor and Exmoor
Kings Nympton train station is less than a mile away which is on the Tarka train line, giving easy access to Exeter, Crediton and Barnstaple.
The Cottage has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, with a cloakroom downstairs. Three bedrooms have kingsize beds and one bedroom has a standard double bed and a single bed. Three bedrooms have ensuite shower/bathrooms, one bedroom has a family bathroom immediately next door to the bedroom.
It has front and rear lawns totalling around half an acre, tennis court, patio and BBQ area with a covered veranda and a pond.
There is also a recently relaid LTA standard tennis court with practise wall which is available on request.
The Cottage games room / study has a bar football (foosball) table and a 7ft snooker/ pool table. There is also a study desk with comfortable chair and a variety of Board Games.
An EV charger is available on request at our neighbouring property.
